Checks or Cash
Checks or Cash may be given in the Sunday offering plates and/or during Sunday school, or drop off at or mail to the church office (note: mail checks only; do not mail cash). If giving cash, you may choose to use an offering envelope, which can be found in the tract rack by the door.
Automatic Bank Payments
Epiphany does accept automatic bank payments. Simply contact your bank and let them know that you would like to set up a reoccurring payment to Epiphany. You will need to provide them with the amount, our address, and the date(s) in which you would like these payments made. A check will be automatically cut and drafted to Epiphany from your bank.
You can use Paypal to make donations to Epiphany. There is no fee involved, either for you or for Epiphany, as long as you use a bank account or the balance in your Paypal account. If you use a credit or debit card there is a fee which is disclosed when you are entering the transaction. You can select whether you pay the fee or Epiphany pays. If Epiphany pays the fee, your contribution is recorded as the net amount received by Epiphany.
If you use a credit or debit card the fee is 2.9% of the amount + $0.30 per transaction. You can select whether you pay the fee or Epiphany pays, but if Epiphany pays, you are not credited with the full amount, just the amount less the fees.
Setting up a Paypal account is free and easy. Go to www.Paypal.Com for more information.

Parishioners and friends may wish to make tax deductible donations of appreciated securities to Epiphany. This form of giving offers several tax benefits to the donor. In this situation, Epiphany receives the full value of the securities less commissions and fees at the time of the donation, and the donor avoids paying capital gains tax that would otherwise be incurred if the securities were sold for cash. Consult the IRS or your tax advisor for further details.
If you would like to donate appreciated securities to Epiphany, instruct your broker or securities custodian to transfer the assets to Epiphany’s brokerage account at National Financial Securities (Suntrust):
- DTC number: 226
- Epiphany Account Number: G1R154202
When the transfer has been made, please let the Treasurer know (email@example.com).
